This past November, we entered a few in our stallions in our (and their) first show ever. The show was the Aherne Marwin Stallion Show which was hosted by Rotherford Farms Estate. We entered our new Belgian Warmblood stallion RFE Songbird, our Arabian stallion SER/AP Shihab Al Din and our Irish Sport Horse stallion AP Rumored Nights. While sadly our sport horse stallion didn’t place in the top of his class, both Shihab and Songbird did really well in theirs and we had a lot of fun along the way. Our stallions are only young yet so hopefully they will have many more successes ahead.

RFE Songbird - Aherne Marwin Show
RFE Songbird took 2nd in the Young Foundation class, earning himself a well-deserved 4 points. We are very pleased with his efforts and the great start to his show career. We are hoping to start him in some show jumping classes soon and so hopefully he will do as well in them, if not better. We will definitely be looking at entering Songbird in the next Stallion Show.

SER/AP Shihab Al Din also took 2nd in his class, the Young Pedigree class. Earning a great 4 points for himself, Shihab has made us very proud. We are so pleased to see the gangly young weanling that arrived here with us back in September become such a handsome, proud stallion and to do so well in his first show. Hopefully he too will do as well and better in his future endeavors.

AP Rumored Nights - Aherne Marwin Show
AP Rumored Nights, as we said, sadly didn’t place in the top of his class. He came home with an 11th placing in the Adult Foundation class. Though the class was a fairly large one (25 entries) so he still did rather well. I think this stallion just wasn’t as suited to the Halter ring, I’m sure he will have more success in another ring. We are certainly looking forward to showing him in another discipline as soon the chance arises.

RFE Songbird
November was a big month for new additions to Audacia Park. We have not only had a large number of new horses introduced but a few new breeds here as well.
We have welcomed a new Belgian Warmblood stallion, RFE Songbird, who we received from Rotherford Farms Estate. With his arrival we imported a mare named AP Nightengale to be shown along with Songbird until they are both retired to be some of our founding Belgians. We purchased NGW Hidden Victory, a Finnish Warmblood mare, from North Gate Warmbloods who shall be a future broodmare when she is retired but will be shown up until that point. We also received two new Danish Warmbloods, AP Ebony Shore and AP Marguerite, a stallion and mare respectively, from Windsong Equestrian Centre who imported them for us in hopes of boosting Danish numbers in the community. This pair will mainly be used for breeding but will hopefully have some brief showing alongside. We purchased the Trakehner mare MSE Dark Pegasus from Morning Star Equestrian. She will be one of our main performance mares and likely one of our founding broodmares alongside

We have also welcomed a number of young horses and foals. Wehave received three Thoroughbred fillies this month, two weanlings and one two-year-old. RE Colour Me Elegant from Riverside Equestrian, VSH Poached Blossom from Vanderburg Sport Horses and FDV Calida from Fetta Di Vita Stables. We received a new Hanoverian colt named MMH Hercules from Moonlight Melodies Haven. We also welcomed a new breed with the next filly, HID Seasons Changing who is an Irish Draught. And last but not least, yet another new Trakehner addition, RFS Eisen Wunder who came from Riding Farm Sleipnir.

Another attempt at editing, my first time doing reins as well as mane/tail in motion. Was just a quick play around but turned out half decent.

This is my first ever attempt at photo editing. Could be better but pretty proud of how it turned out so far ^.^
